Mechanical HVAC Engineers. Responsibilities include design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for institutional, industrial and/or commercial projects. Work would include development of design concept, calculations for heating and cooling loads, piping and duct sizing and pressure loss calculation, and layout of equipment and components.
Entry level position requires a B.S. in mechanical engineering, EIT preferred. Need 3-5 years experience and EIT for mid-level position. Minimum of 6+ years experience in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design required for a senior position; EIT required with ability to obtain PE within one year. Computer literate in AutoCAD, Excel, Word and basic windows programs. Excellent speaking and writing skills. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
