Project Superintendent. Preferred is a BS Degree in Civil Engineering or in Construction Management. Experience includes 15 years of experience including that of a Supt., OSHPD experience is required. Will lead the team of construction professionals in the successful construction of the project in CA. Will have responsibility for meeting budget and schedule requirements and maintaining a positive image with the owner. Responsible for the on-site management of the project, coordination of the trades, coordination of subcontractors, ensuring document compliance, enforcing safety standards and safety regulations and schedule compliance. Must be able to effectively interact with the owner and subcontractors. Develop and monitor the project schedule. Ensure that safety and quality objectives are met. Communicate effectively, develop and update schedules, resolve problems and provide leadership to the field forces. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
