Opening for Superintendent for California work. This position requires a BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 15 years of experience including that of a Superintendent, with OSHPD experience required. Will have responsibility for meeting budget and schedule requirements and maintaining a positive image with the Owner. Responsible for the on-site management of the project, coordination of the trades, ensuring document compliance, enforcing safety regulations, and schedule compliance. Must be able to effectively interact with the Owner and subcontractors. Develop and monitor the project schedule. Ensure that safety and quality objectives are met. Communicate effectively, develop and update schedules, resolve problems and provide leadership to the field forces. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
