Senior Superintendent. This person must have a BS degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10 years of experience as a superintendent working on a large hospital project for a general contractor. Will be responsible for the on-site management of a portion of the project, coordination of the trades, ensuring quality control, enforcing safety, and completing the project on-time and within budget. Must be able to communicate effectively and provide supervision of subcontractors. Any previous hospital and OSHPD experience on California Projects is highly desirable. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
