Project Director. Must have a BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 15 years of experience, including that of a Superintendent. Will lead the team of construction professionals in the successful construction of projects in California, including dealing with OSHPD. Must have previous California project experience dealing with OSHPD. Will have responsibility for meeting budget and schedule requirements, and maintaining a positive image with the Owner. Must be able to effectively interact with the Owner and Subcontractors. Will develop and monitor the project schedule. Will ensure that safety and quality objectives are met. Previous Hospital/Medical Experience is necessary. Larger-scale project work is preferred. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
