Architectural Contract Administrator. Required is a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with registration strongly preferred. Must have at least 10+ yrs. of experience with field related experience. Will be the on-site representative for the company. Will observe construction, process owner changes, facilitate communications between construction, office and owner. Must be able to use a computer, have Word and spreadsheet applications experience, and any Autocad knowledge is helpful. Person must have previous medical experience and any experience with OSHPD is a definite plus. Previous contracts or construction administration field experience is a definite plus. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
