Geologist or Environmental Engineer. Position involves the collection of environmental data from hydrogeologic investigations and from the design, construction and operation of remediation systems. Under direct supervision, this person will be responsible for completing well-defined, assigned field and office tasks; learning and honing the fundamentals of Data Collection; data validity and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC); observation and documentation in support of scientific investigations and engineered solutions. Requires working within the context of local, state, federal regulations, client requirements, and as a part of a project * 2 years experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong, technical background in geology or engineering, the ability to provide technical support on projects, and good writing skills. Candidates that have completed applicable internships are preferred, and OSHA 40HR HAZWOPER training is a requirement. EIT licenses are a plus. * Education: B.S. degree in geology, engineering or the sciences. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
