Construction Materials Testing Manager. Responsibilities: will work with a team of geotechnical engineers and construction materials testing project managers. Candidates will be involved in CMT report preparation and review, mentoring of junior and senior CMT staff. Candidates should have experience working on both geotechnical and CMT projects as low barriers are maintained between departments. You will also play a key role in marketing services; including taking the lead in marketing one of the target business segments that is best suited to candidates capabilities and interests. Local candidates with knowledge of the Jacksonville area and existing client contacts are strongly preferred. * Qualifications: * * BS in Civil Engineering or related field. MSCE preferred. * * 8+ years experience in geotechnical engineering and CMT services. * * PE license or ability to obtain FL licensure within three months following date of hire. * * Strong/proven marketing and business development skills. * * Proficiency in oral and written communication, and strong project and personnel management skills. * * Experience managing CMT projects is a must along with solid understanding of geotechnical engineering concepts desirable. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
