Senior Environmental Professional. Responsible for new business development, project and client management. Directs technical programs and projects, both multiple and individual, with overall program/project responsibilities. Identifies and defines scope, techniques and prices for project proposals. Ensures consistently accurate and timely client and management communications. Resolves technical problems of diverse scope independently. Manages major proposal coordination, preparation and technical assessment. Oversees development of cost estimates. Makes technical recommendations and decisions within project scope. * Requirements: 10+ years of related experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business. Looking for someone who is a seller/doer and has a client following and know how to approach their clients for work to increase revenue streams. Must have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations or 8 years related experience with MS or 6 years related experience with PhD.
