Construction Materials Testing Principal Engineer. Working with a team of geotechnical engineers and construction materials testing project managers, candidates will be involved in CMT report preparation and review, and mentoring of junior and senior CMT staff. Candidates should have experience working on both geotechnical and CMT projects. Will also be responsible for assisting other staff in marketing services; including taking the lead in marketing one of our target business segments that is best suited to candidate's capabilities and interests. Local candidates with knowledge of the Chicago area preferred. * Qualifications: * BS in Civil Engineering or related field. MSCE preferred. 8+ years experience in geotechnical engineering and CMT services. PE license or ability to obtain IL licensure within three months following date of hire. Proficiency in oral and written communication, and strong project and personnel management skills. Experience in managing CMT projects a must and understanding of geotechnical engineering concepts desirable. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
