Geotechnical Department Manager. Responsibilities: * This position requires a commitment to manage the geotechnical engineering department for continued growth with a strong emphasis on client development. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of geotechnical engineers and project managers, overseeing field services projects and report reviews, preparing proposals for geotechnical services, managing departmental P&L, and assisting other senior staff in marketing our services by maintaining regular client interactions. * Qualifications: * * BSCE and/or MSCE [geotechnical engineering] or related field. * * 5-7+ years related experience. * * Must have FL PE license, or be capable of obtaining local licensure within six months of date of hire. * * Proficiency in oral and written communication. * * Strong project management and marketing/business development skills. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
