Measurement & Verification Engineer: Evansville IN

Measurement and Verification Engineer. Major responsibilities include but not limited to: * * Maintain customer relations during guarantee phase (customer consultation) * * Detect/suggest additional project opportunities * * Maintain branch documentation on guaranteed projects * * Perform customer training when needed * * Direct and assist administrative staff during utility data entry and utility data collection tasks * * Direct M&V team to calculate energy adjustments as required * * Offer suggestions for subcontract partners to adjust building systems to maintain energy savings, when necessary * * Help manage M&V activities (monitoring of critical HVAC and Mechanical equipment points, utility meters, and energy monitoring systems) * * Review proposed energy projects to assure that M&V plan meet contract obligations * * Review engineered control strategies against preformed work to assure savings are achieved * * Assist in the development of M&V plans during proposal development, when necessary * * Assist in the delivery of Audit Savings Reports, if needed * * Able to demonstrate experience in energy analysis of building systems, including HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and variable speed drive application. * Requirements: * Ideal candidate will possess the following: * * BS ME and 5-7 years experience or related experience in mechanical services * * Strong business background * * Knowledge of IPMVP and FEMP standards * * CMVP a plus * * CEM a plus * * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office products * * Excellent verbal, written and computer communication and presentation skills. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
