| Energy Performance Engineer: Newburgh IN Energy Performance Engineer with strong communication skills to interface with employees, clients, subcontractors, and other professionals. This person will manage the coordination effort associated with major energy improvements in institutional, healthcare and governmental facilities. BS degree, PE a plus and 5-7+ years experience in construction including: * Engineering Responsibilities: * * Conceptual design and development of scope. * * Work with sales selling the technical aspects of the project. * * Assist in field surveys and help build a strong technical relationship with the customer. * * Review and approve energy calculations. * * Work with contractors and suppliers for proposals. * * Hire and develop high caliber engineering group. * * Provide guidance in selecting subcontractors and vendors to deliver the project per requirements and standards. * Delivery Responsibilities: * * Ensure smooth transition between engineering and Project Manager. * * Help Project Manager resolve issues as they arise. * * Assist Project Manager to deliver project on time and under cost. * * Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of project within budget. * * Hire and develop high caliber Project Manager group. * * Establish a training and developmental program for the employees. * Financial Responsibilities: * * Approve estimates, savings, calculations and guarantees. * * Deliver project under estimate. * * Assist with receivables and resolve job issues. * * Forecast revenue and profit. * Five years experience with performance contracting in the delivery side. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and customer base. Must be able to travel. Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
