TRANSPORTATION PROJECT MANAGER: Southern California Extensive experience in transportation and public works projects especially street design, drainage, grading, utilities, specification writing, and some traffic. Must be a self-starter, self motivator and have entrepreneurial skills. Must have good writing and very good communication skills. Must like a small firm work environment and capable to manage the office in the absence of the principal. Some marketing, proposal and business development capabilities. CalTrans experience a MUST.
