Job Description:
Tetra Tech has a new opening for a Senior Registered Project Geologist/Hydrogeologist. The office location is in Pasadena.
Responsibilities:
Primary activities include:
á Managing several concurrent environmental projects from site investigation through remedial action oversight.
á Preparing work plans, remedial investigation reports, feasibility studies, and remedial action plans.
á Performing and managing field investigations.
á Preparing Proposals
Qualifications:
á Minimum 5 years experience with a similar consulting firm (like Tetra Tech) in site investigations, preparing remedial action plans, and remedial activities oversight.
á Candidate must demonstrate prior experience and be willing to perform field work in site investigations.
á Candidate must demonstrate prior experience and be willing to perform project management, and prepare site investigation related reports.
á Candidate must demonstrate prior experience and be willing to prepare proposals for environmental related work.
á Minimum B.S. degree in Geology (or Civil or Environmental Engineering).
á Registration as P.G. in California.
á Excellent oral and written communication.
Preferences:
áLocal candidates in Southern California are preferred.
á Candidates with experience in alternative energy or other related environmental field work are preferred.
