SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SELLER DOER: Sacramento, CA Job Code: ECI-Sr Project Mgr/Seller Doer Division: ECI Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education: Bachelor's Degree Category: Energy/Utilities Job Description: The TtEC Energy Program is looking for Senior Project Managers/Seller-Doer for our western operations. The candidates shall be located in either our Santa Ana or Sacramento office. The ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of the electric power generation / transmission industry and possess excellent business development, project management and team leadership skills. Direct recent experience with solar and wind projects is desired. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: ¥ Serve as a technical resource as well as, directly contribute to the technical delivery of the project deliverables ¥ Work directly with clients and project teams in developing permit applications for local, state, and federal siting agencies (CEQA, NEPA, ACC, CEC, BLM, FERC, and USACE) for approval to site and construct ¥ Pro-actively identify and win work with new energy clients across the western states ¥ Coordination with project development teams to discuss commercial opportunities ¥ Managing client relationships and ensuring repeat business ¥ Determining sales targets with senior management and ensuring that these are met ¥ Participate in the development of marketing strategies . The candidates must have a Bachelors technical degree (BS, BEng or BA) in Biology, Cultural Resources, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering or similar scientific or engineering discipline. A minimum of 10 years experience with project management, siting and licensing of energy and power projects, especially wind, solar, pipeline or transmission line projects. Previous experience with NEPA/CEQA documentation, natural or socioeconomic resource fields, public involvement, and coordination with tribal or federal land management agencies in the western U.S. is also preferred. A knowledge of, and previous working relationships with, Bureau of Land Management, California Energy Commission, Arizona Corporations Commission, FERC and local California county officials is a plus.
