Our Pittsburgh, PA office is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer to serve as a senior technical and market specialist to support the development of business in the area of energy efficiency to provide energy solutions to our clients. This strategic position involves providing regulatory and client support; conducting energy surveys and assessments; providing advisory, planning, and engineering services to optimize facility operations and related energy use and cost. This includes the use of developing and implementing cutting-edge energy management efficiency solutions; and helping clients to create value and streamlining existing operations through new products, alternative energy pricing, alternative energy sources, corporate responsibility, etc. This work may include a range of services including minor building modifications to complete retro-commissioning and LEED building certification. Job Requirements: The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field. A Masters and/or Ph.D. are preferred. A PE or PG is strongly preferred. LEED, CEM, and/or REM training and certification are pluses. Successful candidates must have 5+ years consulting experience in business development as well as program management with significant experience in the areas of sustainability, air quality, environmental compliance, process design, energy management, alternative energy and/or related fields.
