PROJECT SAFETY DIRECTOR: Wallkill, NY; Harbor City, CA HBE Corporation has an immediate opening for a Project Safety Director for the Wallkill, New York large project and the Harbor City, CA large project. This person needs to have a BS Degree in Occupational Safety or Risk Management and 10+ yrs. of Construction Project Safety Experience-5 years on large projects, with OCIP and/or CCIP experience a plus. Will administer safety program. Ensure that all GC and Subcontractor personnel are performing well within OSHA Regulations. Promote jobsite safety. Perform safety training and toolbox talks. Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations. Have a working knowledge of CCIP's. Must be able to conduct jobsite audits. Develop Safety Program, perform accident investigations. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and on-line systems. Working relationship with Local OSHA Personnel/office. CRM, ARM or CSP designations a plus. Both sites need a full-time Safety Director for long-term Projects. Any previous Hospital and/or Medical Projects experience is a plus on both positions.
