PROJECT DIRECTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION: Goleta, CA HBE Corporation has an immediate opening for a Project Director for Construction for a Goleta, CA project. Required is a BS in Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management Degree and 15 yrs in Project Management working on large, OSHPD hospital Projects in California for a General Contractor with some time as a Project Superintendent. Must lead the team of construction professionals in the successful construction of a hospital project in Goleta, CA. Will be responsible for meeting budget and schedule requirements, and maintaining a positive image with the Owner. Must be able to effectively interact with the Owner and subcontractors, monitor the project schedule, and ensure that safety and quality objectives are met. Working knowledge of SureTrak and Primavera. This is a long-term project.
