Description
Kleinfelder's Sacramento office is looking for a professional Environmental Engineer with experience in groundwater and soil remediation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the industry's best, tackling technical challenges on a variety of environmental projects, including contaminant investigation and working with public and private clients and regulatory agencies. We are looking for a registered professional with experience in site remediation, risk evaluation and selection. Projects will include design, installation and operation of remediation systems for public and private clients
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience soil and groundwater remediation. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills are required. Experience with soil and groundwater modeling a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or similar field required. PE/PG registration preferred.
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required; or 8 years related experience with MS or 6 years related experience with PhD. Certifications or registrations as available by profession. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Oracle experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Company operations and products. Applies the most current technologies/methodologies in field of expertise.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required. MS desired.
