Description
Assist Project Manager II (or higher) in performing project management roles and responsibilities. Maintains client satisfaction, business development, technical excellence, resource management and effective billing. Handles small to medium sized projects of up to $2 million in project gross revenues.
Requirements
5-7 years of related experience, 3-4 years project related experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required. 1-2 years coordination/supervisory experience preferred. Certifications or registrations as mandated by profession. Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Knowledge of design, on-line reports and databases preferred. Knowledge and ability to use Project Manager web page required. Good communication skills. Construction Inspection/Materials management experience required.
Education
Bachelor of Science, Engineering or related technical field required.
