Description
Directs technical programs and projects, both multiple and individual, with overall program/project responsibilities. Identifies and defines scope, techniques and prices for project proposals. Ensures consistently accurate and timely client and management communications. Resolves technical problems of diverse scope independently. Manages major proposal coordination, preparation and technical assessment. Oversees development of cost estimates. Makes technical recommendations and decisions within project scope. Primary focus will be Air Quality.
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required; or 8 years related experience with MS or 6 years related experience with PhD. Certifications or registrations as available by profession. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Oracle experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Company operations and products. Applies the most current technologies/methodologies in field of expertise. Air quality experience required.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required. MS desired.
